The Candy Anthony brand was established in 1996 from Kensington’s notorious Hype DF (formerly Hyper Hyper).

In 2004 the company opened its boutique in London’s Oxo Tower Wharf, where British fashion designer Candy Anthony and Italian brand designer Alex Di Silvestro, were the first in the industry to launch a fun and colourful range of tea length, bridal and evening gowns all inspired by the 1950′s and 60′s ‘High Society’.

Candy Anthony do not reproduce retro clothing, instead they create original and wonderfully wearable gowns of excellent workmanship, designed with artful flattery, distinctive in cut and fit, with seductive neck and hemlines and made of fine fabrics in tempting colours, putting superior quality at the forefront.

Candy Anthony use UK sourced fabrics and trimmings where possible, such as the traditional Nottingham Lace seen in their new collection and their signature checks and prints.

Candy Anthony DO NOT have a Far East factory production line making thousands of dresses, instead they have a small UK based team of loyal, trained and highly skilled design and style consultants, cutters and seamstresses who keep the business unique and personal.

The Company only retails from its own flagship boutique at the Oxo Tower Wharf, attracting customers worldwide.
