1. Online Stock Samples

We endeavour to prepare and dispatch all of our stock samples within 7-10 working days of receiving your order (in quiet times even in a day or two), unless extra (added) items needs to be Made in the same order.

2. Made to Order

We are a small family run designer business & atelier. We individually cut and make each Made to Order item in-house to the highest standards, offering an uncompromised and unique Designer Service to all of our clients Worldwide. We endeavour to prepare and dispatch all orders within 4-8 weeks from order date.

If you have an urgent request, please contact us with your requirements. If possible, we may offer you an EXPRESS option with a dispatch time under 4 weeks, at an additional cost.

SHIPPING

UK & EU Shipping

UK & EU Postage & Packaging (P&P) is in the region of £50 for a dress parcel. All UK/EU shipments are made by private couriers and are fully tracked. You can use your tracking number to see your estimated delivery time online. This service generally takes 5-7 working days.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

REST OF THE WORLD Shipping

Rest of the World Postage & Packaging (P&P) is subject to a flat fee of £100 (Unless buying multiple items or large accessories), shipping times can vary. Shipments are fully tracked and your tracking number will be provided as soon as your items will be dispatched.
